LIMITED WARRANTY | SuperCrafted
At Amorya, we design products built to last through real-life parenting. All products are is covered by a 6-Months Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.
This Warranty Covers:
- Cracked or broken components under normal use
- Malfunctioning mechanisms (e.g., folding, height adjustment
- Manufacturing defects in plastic molding or assembly
This Warranty Does NOT Cover:
- Cosmetic wear (scratches, fading, discoloration)
- Damage from misuse, improper cleaning, or storage
- Breakage caused by standing, jumping, or use beyond weight limits
- Water damage from prolonged soaking or submersion
- Product damage due to modification or third-party repairs
Warranty Period:
- Coverage lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Limit one replacement per purchase
To Make a Claim:
Send an email to scyllaofficial@outlook.com with:
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Clear photos showing the issue
- Description of how and when the issue occurred
We will assess your claim and respond within 2–3 business days. If eligible, we’ll provide a replacement at no additional cost. The original product may be required to be returned.

This is the only express warranty provided. SuperCrafted disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. In no event shall SuperCrafted be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
